Register NowTurn Your Paper Records Into a Funded Digital Project
Every year, New York State provides funding to help local governments improve records management and convert paper records into searchable digital files.
Last year, nearly $4 million was awarded across 65 local governments, and an individual application can request up to $75,000.
The application is manageable; the technical questions are often more challenging:
- How many pages are in your records?
- What scanning specifications are needed?
- What will the project cost?
- How will image quality be verified?
CASO Document Management can help answer these questions before you apply.
During this one hour session, we will walk through:

Review NYS Archive Requirements

Discuss Document Scanning Services and Best Practices

Tour our Midtown Manhattan Scanning Facility
The breakfast will be held at: 134 W 29th Street, 11th Floor (btw 6th and 7th Ave)
