Prior to joining CDM, Mike managed business processes at Bank of America for 14 years, implementing customer facing, back office, and e-Commerce solutions. A Texas native, Michael has a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
