Women in Tech: Celebrating CASO Document Management’s Female Leadership
Stephanie Christoforou
Our celebration of Women’s History Month continues, as we feature the incredible contributions women have made to our organization. These women have impacted our business in numerous ways and have challenged the status quo to achieve remarkable success.
From our top management to key contributors in every department, we proudly pay tribute to you all, including our next featured leader, Stephanie Christoforou.
Stephanie Christoforou has been an indispensable leader at CASO Document Management (CDM) for over a decade, rising through the organization from data processing to the management of our largest accounts. Her exceptional organizational and project management skills have allowed her to establish efficient workflow processes and streamline internal procedures like few before her.
Among Stephanie’s top achievements is the seamless implementation of CDM’s innovative software for a major US financial institution valued at over $100B. She trained the bank’s staff on the new system before its official launch and continues to support them with expert troubleshooting whenever needed. Stephanie’s dedication is an example of how effective leadership helps create value for both employees and clients alike. Not surprisingly, she earned the CDM Superhero Award in 2020, which recognizes the most outstanding team members of the year.
Stephanie works cross-functionally with other teams to support the overall vision of CDM. To that end, she oversees the onsite CDM scanning team, maintaining impeccable client relations with Bank PMs and managing a professional service team to support the Bank’s CDM software and solutions including scanning, document management and ECMT workflow software. Stephanie also works with the CDM Tech team to implement software solutions such as invoice processing, distribution, vendor management, integration with Lotus Notes and ERP systems, purchase order databases and facilitated upgrades for ABBYY, AppEnhancer and ECMT Workflow, to mention just a few.
With her knack for innovation, Stephanie introduced a game-changing prioritization tool which more effectively addressed priorities in her own work and that of her team. She also implemented daily briefings with her bank team so they could exchange ideas more effectively.
Stephanie is an invaluable team member at CDM, thanks to her unwavering commitment to excellence and her exceptional ability to provide valuable insights. Her voice carries weight and her opinions, particularly when pointing out potential risks, are always presented with respect and consideration. This, in turn, has allowed the organization to stay ahead of the competition by proactively addressing client requests and concerns. Stephanie’s positive attitude towards problem-solving is contagious and has led to the successful development and management of an impressive 30 new projects in 2022 alone.
Stephanie has been an integral part of our company’s growth over the past decade and we’re proud to recognize her achievements this Women’s History Month. Thank you Stephanie for your hard work and dedication.
Happy Women’s History Month!
