CASO uses FedEx for the bulk distribution of materials to one or more locations. As part of the process, we can provide prepaid return shipping labels and instructions on how to schedule a pick-up. In addition, CASO’s proprietary client interface – SASTrack – gives clients access to all of their tracking information, both outgoing and return. This gives clients a quick snapshot of who has returned their materials and who hasn’t, from the moment the box is picked up by FedEx.
If you are doing a mail-out, no problem! When clients work with us, they can take advantage of CASO SURVEY SERVICES’ high-volume business reply postage permit. Using a permit means that clients only pay for the surveys that are returned. But that is not even the best part: Our high-volume permit lowers the cost of return postage, and those savings are passed on to our clients!
