CASO SURVEY SERVICES has developed a proprietary client interface – SASTrack – that gives our clients a clear and transparent view of their projects.  

SASTrack provides real-time information in an easy-to-use navigation:

Dashboard view of project(s) – Provides clients with at-a-glance information about their project(s), including quantity distributed, quantity received, and quantity processed.

Dashboard view of project – Provides clients with at-a-glance information that is specific to each project. It displays the different survey versions, if applicable, as well as material sent by location, quantity distributed, quantity received, and quantity processed. From here, clients can drill down into the individual locations to access additional information.

Location view – Here clients can see outgoing/return tracking numbers and detailed information on what was sent to the particular location. Clients can also request return shipping labels in cases where locations have lost or misplaced the ones included in their outgoing shipment. In addition, clients can view the batch history for materials that have been returned for processing.

The reporting tab offers the following standard reports – all exportable to Excel.

All Shipments – Lists all tracking numbers (outgoing and return) by location. The platform interfaces with FedEx and shows up-to-date tracking information.

CASO SURVEY SERVICES can also build custom reports specific to client needs. Some more common reports are:

  • Received Report – Shows when completed surveys were received and when data were transmitted to the client.
  • Discrepancy Report – Shows any discrepancies between the number of surveys sent to a location and the number received.
  • Daily Receipt – Shows a breakdown of the number of surveys received by respondent or location, when data were transmitted, the number of records scanned, and any exceptions.
  • Reconciliation Report – Reports what was received vs what the location communicated was returned vs what was processed.
